In the in2motion studio, you and your individual needs and goals take centre stage. We accompany you attentively and true to the motto of Joseph H. Pilates: “movement heals”. Traditional Pilates principles are combined with the latest medical findings and studies. The studio owner works collaboratively with doctors, chiropractors and physiotherapists and applies the anatomically based movement and therapy concept of Spiraldynamik® in her practice.

Pilates
The Pilates method is unique in its balance between strengthening and stretching. The principle of dynamic stability runs through all Pilates exercises. Agonists and antagonists are activated in a balanced way, resulting in a dynamically stabilised path of movement.
Spiraldynamik®
Spiraldynamik® is an anatomically based movement and therapy concept from which the coordinated use of the body can be derived. In Spiraldynamik®, the origins of pain and incorrect loading are precisely analysed and new movement qualities are taught.
Yogalates
Yogalates? Don’t let the name confuse you! Yogalates is a fusion practice that merges the ancient Indian practice of yoga with the Western practice of Pilates. Yogalates is excellent for developing general tone and fitness and helps to soothe the nervous system, release stress, aid relaxation and instills inner calm and overall wellbeing.
